Callie M.P. Maursetter, OD

Dr. Callie M.P. Maursetter is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association.

A Wisconsin native, Dr. Maursetter grew up in Waupaca, Wisconsin, where she graduated valedictorian from Waupaca High School. She then attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she earned her bachelor's degree in biochemistry, graduating cum laude in 2005.

Dr. Maursetter graduated in 2009, magna cum laude from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. She was also awarded membership into the Gold Key, Beta Sigma Kappa, and Tomb & Key optometric honor societies, and received the clinical excellence award for top clinical honors at all of her internship sites.

Dr. Maursetter enjoys patient education and has presented to local groups in the community to increase public awareness about vision and eye health.

In her spare time, Callie enjoys spending time with her family: her husband Erik, daughter Britta, son Bryce, and American Water Spaniel, Cedar. They reside on the southeast side of Madison between Cottage Grove and McFarland. She enjoys travel, one of her favorite destinations being Door County. And when the Wisconsin weather gets cooler, you can find her at the Madison Curling Club where she is a member and volunteer.
